I started this blog to document my progress with the development of Ambiophonics crosstalk cancellation and the implementation of the Domestic Concert Hall (also known as virtual hall). The concept and implementation were guided by Ralph Glasgal. While XTC can be easily achieved using commercially available plugins, the best results come from developing your own, as every system and listener's hearing is unique. Implementing the Domestic Concert Hall can be challenging and requires a solid understanding of pro audio equipment and channel routing.

Over more than 15 years of experimentation and refinement, this work has achieved its objective: the creation of an advanced crosstalk cancellation plugin called CTXMatrix, developed by me. It rivals and, in many ways, matches the performance of other options in the market.
